“Reinventing Financial Services” was officially launched today in the Hilton Hotel, Amsterdam. The book was authored by marketers Roger Peverelli and Reggy de Feniks and edited by Media Wise editors Emma Robson and Vicky Valanos. Reinventing Financial Services discusses the relationship between banks and insurers and their retail clients – consumers – and address the key question of how to restore trust. The book draws on hundreds of examples  of best practices from all over the world and includes excerpts from dozens of interviews with directors and experts at financial service providers on how to achieve a more customer-centric organisation, which is seen as a key to the success of future finance. The book is published by Pearson Education.
