The Utrecht-based European retail property developer and manager Corio has been awarded a silver award for its 2010 annual report by EPRA, the European Public Real Estate Association. Media Wise advised Corio on the contents of the report, co-wrote it and edited it. This is EPRA’s ninth annual survey of European sector annual reports. The survey, conducted by Deloitte, examined the annual reports of leading listed European property companies and made 29 awards in three categories: gold, silver and bronze. “We are delighted to have won this silver award and are now going for gold,” said Ingrid Prins, Investor Relations Officer at Corio. “Thank you to Media Wise for your part in our success.”
